Thursday afternoon Jen and I got back home after a very relaxing vacation to see my folks in Colorado. It was great to see my family and just nice to get away for a bit! Working from home definitely has its advantages but it also means that sometimes it’s hard to relax at home. For this reason, getting away periodically is essential! The dry air was also a definite plus on this vaca! The weather in Louisville this summer has been uncharacteristically HOT so both Jen and I welcomed the cooler, dry air. Though most of the week was spent chilling at the house, we did make a couple runs deeper into the mountains including a quick one night stay in Breckenridge. It was a great vacation! Here’s just a few pics of some of the sights. It’s so beautiful out there!
